Instructor courses are intensive, with limited time to fill gaps in knowledge. Candidates are assessed on their skills and understanding while learning how to structure lessons, coach effectively, and deliver constructive feedback. Strong prior knowledge and practical experience are essential.

Successful instructors inspire confidence through credibility, enthusiasm, and real-world experience. Students often ask questions beyond the syllabus, so a depth of knowledge far above the basics is vital. Without it, credibility is quickly lost.
Please note: instructor certificates are subject to age-related revalidation. Certificates gained or renewed after 67 must be revalidated at 72, and those gained or renewed after 70 are valid for two years.
